Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions
   We accept return requests under the following conditions:
   Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified). Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags. If the item has a quality issue or has been damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   We do not accept returns in the following cases:
   Items that have been used or damaged, unless there is a quality issue. Sale items, customized, and personalized items (unless there is a quality issue).

3. Return Process
   Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team via email at support@soccerjerseyplus.shop, providing your order number and reason for return.
   Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
   Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
   Return the Item: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation and provide the tracking number.

4. Return Shipping Fees
   If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
   If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the order has not been canceled, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee
   We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@soccerjerseyplus.shop.

7. Order Cancellations
   We accept order cancellation requests under the following conditions:
   Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
   How to Cancel: Please contact our customer service team via email or phone at support@soccerjerseyplus.shop, providing your order number.
   Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can return the item after receiving it according to our return process.
